This series changed my life for the better.
It all started during the pandemic outbreak, I was on YouTube watching videos related to the Old Testament, I am really into documentaries about the Bible, since I was watching a lot of videos related to the Bible I was recommended videos related to it. After watching Is Genesis a history? *which I highly recommend you to watch* I scrolled down, there was a recommended video and the channel name was The Chosen the channel name itself drew me in and I was obviously curious to know what it was all about.
It was a video clip from the series The Chosen, I have watched a lot of movies related to Jesus as I suppose most of us Christians have, so, I didn’t expect much from The Chosen but anyways I went ahead and watched it, the whole series is completely MIND BLOWING.
Sometimes we tend to forget that Jesus Christ our saviour he was a human, he was heartbroken at times like us, scared and nervous like us, cried like us, he might’ve been clumsy you never know, he was like us. This show captured “he was like us” beautifully, this show has captured every little intricate details.
This show encapsulated Jesus Christ as a human who went through emotions and the HUMOUR that Jesus has in this series makes you feel so close to Jesus Christ! You’ll fall for Jesus head to toe after watching this series it is that alluring and magnificent!
And a glimpse into the life of all the apostles. You’ll relate with the apostles and Jesus, which makes you feel at home.
It’s a roller coaster ride, you’ll laugh, cry but at the end you’ll get to know Jesus Christ as yours only one love.
